Willow Valley Communities wages are determined on an experience based pay scale.
Wages:
- $30.00-$34.00, based on experience
- Shift and weekend differentials available
Responsibilities:
- For Residents living in their independent living home, perform clinical assessments, healthcare treatments, wellness checks, and respond to and provide urgent healthcare needs when the call system is activated.
- Per physician orders and existing policies, conduct assessments, perform diagnostic testing, complete treatments, administer medications and immunizations, and perform wound care.
- Liaison between Residents, their family, and their primary healthcare providers.
- Provide assistance to create and implement a plan of care based on Resident changes in health status facilitating transitions of care throughout the continuum.
- Team Member onboarding: administer and read tuberculin skin tests, give immunizations, assist with assessment of work-related injuries.
- Provide Resident education
Qualifications:
- CPR certification, AED response training
- Must have active Licensed Practical Nurse license (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license
Schedules Available:
- Full Time day shift 7:00am-3:30pm (40 hours/week
- Part time day shift 7:00 am-3:30 pm (8 hours/week)
- Part time evening shift 3:00 pm-11:30 pm (24 hours/week)
- All positions include every other weekend and every other holiday
