Willow Valley Communities wages are determined on an experience based pay scale.

Wages:

  • $30.00-$34.00, based on experience
  • Shift and weekend differentials available

Responsibilities:

  • For Residents living in their independent living home, perform clinical assessments, healthcare treatments, wellness checks, and respond to and provide urgent healthcare needs when the call system is activated.
  • Per physician orders and existing policies, conduct assessments, perform diagnostic testing, complete treatments, administer medications and immunizations, and perform wound care.
  • Liaison between Residents, their family, and their primary healthcare providers.
  • Provide assistance to create and implement a plan of care based on Resident changes in health status facilitating transitions of care throughout the continuum.
  • Team Member onboarding: administer and read tuberculin skin tests, give immunizations, assist with assessment of work-related injuries.
  • Provide Resident education

Qualifications:

  • CPR certification, AED response training
  • Must have active Licensed Practical Nurse license (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license

Schedules Available:

  • Full Time day shift 7:00am-3:30pm (40 hours/week
  • Part time day shift 7:00 am-3:30 pm (8 hours/week)
  • Part time evening shift 3:00 pm-11:30 pm (24 hours/week)
  • All positions include every other weekend and every other holiday
