Willow Valley Communities is hiring a Part Time Clubhouse Attendant/Maintenance Team Member to be responsible for maintaining WVC Clubhouse by servicing equipment and building in a timely and efficient manner, with a customer service focus. Completes various building maintenance requests, which include, but are not limited to: bowling pinsetter, pool & spa, tennis courts basic triage and repairs, emergency response and preventive maintenance tasks.

Wage:
$19.00/hour+ based on experience
Responsibilities:
Works with the Clubhouse team to ensure all functions for the buildings events/activities are set-up, brokendown and properly stored.
Performs guest service functions including, but not limited to, welcoming Residents and guests, and assisting with proper operation of Clubhouse equipment for their enjoyment.
Informed and trained to understand the equipment and basic maintenance of The Clubhouse amenities, including but not limited to the tennis courts, pool/spa, bowling alleys, golf simulator, sporting courts, workout areas and arcade.
Maintains tennis courts, pool and spa along with Outdoor Attendant, including basic maintenance, court rolling/brushing, pool/spa chemical readings, and laundering of towels.
Stays observant of and cautions swimmers regarding any unsafe activity and weather conditions.
Maintains workplace safety through following Lock Out/Tag Out procedures.
Assists with Emergency (First) response alarms/ambulance calls.
Provides suggestions concerning needs for repairs, and helps to ensure adequate inventory of necessary parts and supplies.
Follows through with regular preventive maintenance schedules for the building’s assets as directed by Lead Clubhouse Attendant and Manor Maintenance Supervisor.
Seasonal Grounds assistance: Clearing of snow on patios/sidewalks. Weeding as assigned.
Works with limited supervision and handles multiple maintenance responsibilities simultaneously.
Handles service requests as assigned.
Handles Schedule / Weekend assignments / Holiday work schedule with limited assistance.
Treats all Residents, Team Members and guests with respect, dignity, integrity &sensitivity.
Requires some flexibility with part-time scheduling needs.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years related experience and/or training with basic knowledge of interior building maintenance; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Familiar with and can operate e-mail systems and Microsoft windows applications.
Demonstrates strong organizational, time management, and planning skills
