Wage:
$15.00/hr
Responsibilities:
Drives van to pick-up and transport Residents to predetermined destinations (hospital/doctor's office) according to assigned schedule.
Assists Residents in and out of the vehicle.
Accompanies Resident from vehicle into office, and makes sure the Resident is properly signed in and gives the receptionist their cell phone number to be called when ready for pick up.
Operates hands free cell phone to communicate with the Transportation Supervisor and medical offices.
Services vehicle with fuel and keeps vehicle clean (wash/vacuum). Reports vehicle issues to the Transportation Supervisor.
Records mileage daily.
Qualifications:
Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License
Less than high school education; or up to 3-6 months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
