Willow Valley Communities is hiring a PRN (as needed) Busperson for the downtown Southern Market location. The busperson is responsible for facilitating the cleanliness, maintenance and turn-over of tables in the Market and delivering exceptional service to all of our guests. This includes clearing tables efficiently and transporting soiled dishes to the dish room, refilling water dispensers, and cleaning the dining area and serving stations.

Wage:
$16/hour
Responsibilities:
Provides prompt, courteous service to guests following Southern Market Lancaster standards and safe food handling techniques.
Observes diners and responds to requests and clears used dishes.
Clears and sanitizes tables.
Completes clean-up side work as assigned.
Sets-up and cleans up banquets or special functions, as needed.
Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly cleaning jobs, according to lists and calendars.
Follows all safety guidelines while operating equipment, transporting food, supplies, and trash and serving food.
Assists in other departments (kitchen, dish room) where and when needed.
Attends Team meetings, in-services and training sessions regularly.
Qualifications:
Minimum age 17+
No experience required, will train the right candidate
