The Business Systems Manager will be responsible for managing the IT Business Systems Team, overseeing all business system projects and maintaining the business systems. This includes managing, mentoring and developing a team of multi-disciplined analysts and developers and leading and overseeing projects impacting all WVC departments.

Responsibilities:
Be an integral part of the leadership team within the WVC IT (Information Technology) department.
Represent the IT Business Systems Team within the IT Department and to other WVC departments and Residents.
Manage, mentor and develop a team of multi-discipline analysts and developers.
Lead projects.
Oversee project teams.
Collaborate with the IT Project Team to develop and maintain strong project management practices with an emphasis on detailed requirements gathering, project documentation, quality assurance, and project closure.
Oversee the maintenance of existing business systems.
Build collaborative relationships across all WVC departments.
Initiate and/or respond to requests to develop or change the use of existing business systems.
Participate in IT meetings and provide Business System Team updates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree + required
7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
3+ years managerial experience
Experience supporting and/or implementing finance, payroll, timekeeping, HR, Point of Sale, electronic health records, and enterprise resource planning strongly desired
Experience leading enterprise level system projects and deployments required
Familiarity with Jira or other project management applications and software development processes
Working knowledge of agile methodology
Experience working with SQL and custom report creation, writing user guides, project documents, and test plans and experience performing UAT and regression testing
Possess outstanding organizational and leadership skills and strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to mentor and train individuals with a wide range of technical acuities

40 hours/week
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
