Local Table is our full-service, fine dining restaurant where Residents and guests gather for exceptional meals and meaningful connections. We’re looking for a warm, attentive Host/Hostess to be the welcoming face of our dining room.

What You’ll Do
- Ensures prompt courteous service for Residents and guests following Willow Valley standards.
- Escorts Residents and guests to their table, provides menus, gives specials and pours ice water.
- Monitors adherence to the dress code for Residents and guests.
- Responsible for the set up and monitoring of special events, in addition to the normal daily operations.
- Updates menus as directed
- Assists with clearing and resetting tables at the conclusion of the meal for the next group of diners or next meal period.
- Inspects dining room and serving stations for neatness and cleanliness.
- Maintains a smooth flow of dining room functions to ensure Willow Valley standards are met.
- Expedites the efficient flow of food orders from the back of the house to the front of the house to maintain proper timing for service.
- Check plates before delivery for accuracy, presentation and temperature.
- Communicates with the server when the table is ready and assist with food delivery.
- Follows Willow Valley’s HACCP plan and Food Safety policies and procedures
What You Bring
Prior restaurant experience preferred
Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
Schedule
- Part-Time | 5:00pm–8:00pm | 3 days (Wednesday–Sunday) + some holidays
