Clubhouse Attendant/Maintenance Support

In this hands-on role, you’ll support the care and upkeep of our resort-style amenities, including bowling alleys, pool and spa areas, tennis courts, and more, while delivering outstanding service to our Residents and guests.

What You’ll Do

As a Clubhouse Attendant / Maintenance Support Team Member, you will:

• Work with the Clubhouse team to ensure all functions for the buildings events/activities are set-up, brokendown and properly stored.
• Perform guest service functions including, but not limited to, welcoming Residents and guests, and assisting
  with proper operation of Clubhouse equipment for their enjoyment.
• Stay Informed and trained to understand the equipment and basic maintenance of The Clubhouse amenities, including but not limited to the tennis courts, pool/spa, bowling alleys, golf simulator, sporting courts, workout areas and arcade.
• Maintain tennis courts, pool and spa along with Outdoor Attendant, including basic maintenance, court rolling/brushing, pool/spa chemical readings, and laundering of towels.
• Stay observant of and cautions swimmers regarding any unsafe activity and weather conditions.
• Maintain workplace safety through following Lock Out/Tag Out procedures.
• Assist with Emergency (First) response alarms/ambulance calls.
• Provide suggestions concerning needs for repairs, and helps to ensure adequate inventory of necessary parts and supplies.
• Follow through with regular preventive maintenance schedules for the building’s assets as directed by Lead Clubhouse Attendant and Manor Maintenance Supervisor.
• Assist with seasonal grounds assistance: Clearing of snow on patios/sidewalks. Weeding as assigned.
• Work with limited supervision and handles multiple maintenance responsibilities simultaneously.
• Handle service requests as assigned.
• Handle Schedule / Weekend assignments / Holiday work schedule with limited assistance.
• Treat all Residents, Team Members and guests with respect, dignity, integrity &sensitivity

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of related experience or training in basic building or interior maintenance (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Comfort working with Microsoft windows applications and email

Schedule

• Tuesday: 12:00 PM – 5:30 PM
• Wednesday–Friday: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
• Every other Saturday & Sunday: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
