🌿 Landscaper / Gardener (Permanent, Year‑Round)
Location: Willow Valley Communities – Manor & Lakes Campus
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00am–3:30pm
Hours: 40 hours/week
Pay: $18.50/hour
Position Type: Permanent, full‑time (not seasonal)

🌿 What You’ll Do
As part of our Landscaping team, you’ll help maintain and enhance our grounds through a variety of seasonal and year‑round tasks, including:
- Takes part in preparing and grading terrain, applying fertilizers, seeding and sodding lawns, and transplanting plant material.
- Locates and plants shrubs, trees, and flowers.
- Trims shrubs and cultivates gardens.
- Trims and edges around walks, flower beds, and walls.
- Prunes shrubs and trees to shape and improve growth or remove damaged branches.
- Rakes leaves.
- Cleans grounds and removes litter.
- Removes snow from walks and driveways.
- Spreads salt on public passage ways to prevent ice buildup.
- Waters lawn and shrubs.
âś… What We’re Looking For
- Valid PA Driver's License
- High School Diploma or GED OR
- 1–3 months of related experience and/or training
- Ability to work outdoors in all seasons
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail
