In this role, you’ll help ensure a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable pool environment for our Residents and guests—while spending your summer in a beautiful setting. As an Outdoor Pool Attendant, you’ll focus on accident prevention, safety, and outstanding customer service, while keeping outdoor areas clean, organized, and guest-ready.

Pay
$15.00/hour, with additional consideration based on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Clubhouse Attendants, Concierge staff, and Clubhouse Directors to set up and break down events and activities
- Assist Residents and guests with the proper use of Clubhouse equipment
- Maintain outdoor patio and pool areas in a clean, safe, and inviting manner
- Welcome Residents and guests, distribute and collect towels, and respond to guest needs
- Perform laundry duties to support pool and spa operations
- Monitor swimmer safety, weather conditions, and usage of pool areas
- Administer basic first aid and assist with emergency responses
- Test and document pool and spa water chemistry (chlorine, pH, temperature)
- Inspect facilities regularly to ensure cleanliness and order
- Assist with tennis court maintenance
- Support Clubhouse Café food and beverage service as needed (must be 18+)
- Maintain inventory of supplies and communicate needs to the Lead Clubhouse Attendant
- Wash and maintain company equipment as assigned
- Use email and Microsoft Windows applications as needed
Qualifications
- Lifeguard experience is a plus!
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and service-minded
- Enjoys working with people and being part of a team!
Schedule
- Summer-only position
- Daytime hours
- Weekdays and every other weekend
- 3–4 days per week, approximately 4 hours per day
