Wage: $17.00 per hour
What You’ll Do
- Safely operate vans and buses in compliance with state driving laws and CDL regulations
- Drive in a professional, courteous manner that reflects Willow Valley Communities’ values
- Assist passengers in boarding and exiting vehicles, as needed
- Properly secure wheelchairs, including leg and shoulder restraints, following established procedures
- Respond calmly and appropriately to emergencies such as illness, accidents, or fire
- Inspect the vehicle after routes to check for lost items and remove trash
- Refuel vehicles and report maintenance needs to the Transportation Supervisor
What You Bring
- Valid PA CDL Class B license with Passenger (P) endorsement (required)
- Less than a high school education with 3–6 months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Prior bus driving experience (strongly preferred)
- A strong commitment to safety, reliability, and excellent customer service
Schedule & Hours
- Part-Time position
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
