💲 Pay: $25/hour
🕒 Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Shifts between 11:30am–7:30pm or 12:00pm–close, including every other weekend and holiday

🔪 What You’ll Do
As Executive Sous Chef, you’ll be the right hand to the Chef and a key driver of daily kitchen excellence:
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of kitchen professionals
- Oversee food production, inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Ensure exceptional quality, consistency, and presentation of all meals
- Develop and refine menus and recipes in collaboration with leadership
- Manage staffing schedules while balancing business needs and team wellbeing
- Support and lead catering events and special dining experiences
- Maintain strict food safety (HACCP) and sanitation standards
- Engage directly with residents to ensure satisfaction and address feedback
- Train Team Members and uphold Willow Valley’s high culinary standards
👥 Leadership Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of 6–15 kitchen team members
- Participate in hiring, training, performance management, and coaching
- Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented environment
✅ What You Bring
- Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts (or related field)
- 4+ years of culinary experience, including leadership responsibilities
- Strong background in:
- Food & labor cost control
- Menu development & production planning
- Team leadership and training
- Experience with P&L accountability or contract dining (preferred)
- A passion for hospitality, service excellence, and teamwork
