💰 Compensation

We recognize your experience and expertise:

  • LPN: $22.50 – $26.50/hr
  • RN: $30.00 – $34.00/hr
  • Plus weekend differentials!

🩺 What You’ll Do

As an LPN at WVC, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional care and enhancing the daily lives of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing compassionate, resident-centered nursing care
  • Administering medications and treatments per physician orders
  • Monitoring health status, vital signs, and documenting changes
  • Communicating effectively with residents, families, and care teams
  • Responding to emergencies with professionalism and confidence
  • Leading and supporting nursing assistants in a charge role
  • Contributing to care planning and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Promoting resident comfort, dignity, and overall wellbeing

What You’ll Bring

  • Active LPN license (required)
  • CPR certification and AED training

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

🕒 Schedule

  • Full-Time Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Includes every other weekend and holiday rotation
