💰 Compensation
We recognize your experience and expertise:
- LPN: $22.50 – $26.50/hr
- RN: $30.00 – $34.00/hr
- Plus weekend differentials!
🩺 What You’ll Do
As an LPN at WVC, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional care and enhancing the daily lives of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing compassionate, resident-centered nursing care
- Administering medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitoring health status, vital signs, and documenting changes
- Communicating effectively with residents, families, and care teams
- Responding to emergencies with professionalism and confidence
- Leading and supporting nursing assistants in a charge role
- Contributing to care planning and continuous improvement initiatives
- Promoting resident comfort, dignity, and overall wellbeing

🕒 Schedule
- Full-Time Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
