Willow Valley Communities is looking for a friendly, reliable early riser to join our Dining Services team as a Continental Breakfast Attendant. In this role, you’ll create a welcoming morning experience for our Residents and guests—serving fresh food, offering warm hospitality, and helping set the tone for a great day.

Pay: $15.00/hour

What You’ll Do

As part of our Dining team, you will:

• Deliver warm, courteous service to Residents and guests
• Prepare and bake fresh breakfast items
• Set up and maintain an inviting, self-service breakfast area
• Keep dining spaces clean, organized, and welcoming
• Assist with catering and banquet setup, service, and cleanup
• Safely operate kitchen equipment (ovens, slicers, dishwashers, and more)
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards (HACCP & ServSafe)
• Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, and utensils
• Receive and properly store food deliveries
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth daily operations

What You Bring

• Must be 18 years or older
• Previous experience in breakfast prep or baking is a plus (1–3 months preferred)
• A passion for great customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Dependable, positive attitude and willingness to learn

Schedule

🕕 Part-Time | Early Morning Shift

• 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM
• Mondays & Tuesdays
• + Every other weekend and holiday
