Compensation
INCREASED WAGES AND SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS!
- PRN: $22.00/hour
- Part-Time: $21.00–$24.25/hour, based on experience
Responsibilities
As a CNA, you will play a vital role in supporting Residents' daily wellbeing and quality of life by:
- Remaining flexible and adaptable to changing processes, assignments, and workloads
- Using a person-centered care approach when providing services to Residents
- Assisting in guiding newly hired Nursing Assistants and Resident Care Assistants using proper procedures and protocols
- Demonstrating clinical knowledge and skills within the CNA scope of practice
- Responding promptly to call bells and intercom systems to address Resident needs
- Assisting Residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, nail care, shaving, and other personal care needs
- Toileting Residents according to schedule and as needed
- Transporting Residents and assisting with ambulation while following proper wheelchair safety practices
- Taking and recording Resident vital signs, pulse oximetry readings, height, weight, and showers in PCC
- Administering, reordering, and monitoring medication expiration dates as needed
- Collecting specimens as directed by nursing staff
- Assisting with telephone calls, appointment scheduling, transportation arrangements, and gathering documentation for appointments
- Changing bed linens and handling soiled linens and incontinent supplies according to infection control standards
- Maintaining clean and organized Resident rooms, spa rooms, and common areas
- Receiving and giving shift reports to ensure continuity of care
- Promptly identifying and reporting skin issues, behavioral concerns, medical concerns, or changes in Resident condition to the Nurse
Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania Nursing Assistant Certification required
- High school diploma or GED or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Available Positions
Part-Time
- 24 hours per week
- 3rd Shift (Overnight): 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM
