Wage💲

• Starting at $18.00/hour, with additional compensation based on experience

Responsibilities

As a Nail Technician, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional spa experiences while supporting the success of the Day Spa. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the development, promotion, and implementation of all services provided at the Day Spa at Willow Valley
• Participating in health and wellness educational workshops and promotional events for Residents and Team Members
• Providing professional nail care services while staying current on new techniques, applications, and industry technology to enhance services
• Setting up and cleaning up for each client appointment
• Cleaning and sanitizing all tools and work areas while maintaining proper sanitation standards
• Adhering to PA State Board of Cosmetology guidelines
• Assisting with answering telephones, scheduling appointments, and updating appointments as needed
• Assisting with daily bookkeeping duties and processing payments for services and products sold at the Day Spa
• Assisting with laundry duties at the Cultural Center
• Demonstrating excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrating strong organizational, time management, and planning skills
• Attending team meetings and community meetings as necessary
• Serving as a communication link for clients and potential clients regarding questions, concerns, and complaints related to nail care services
• Maintaining ethical behavior in accordance with Willow Valley Communities guidelines and the Code of Ethics for Cosmetology

Qualifications 

• Current PA Cosmetology License or Nail Technician License
• Expertise in basic and advanced nail techniques, specifically gel polish

Hours

• Full-Time
• 40 hours per week

Schedule📚

• Tuesday through Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
