As a Fine Dining Server, you'll help create an exceptional restaurant experience from the moment guests arrive until they leave.
β Providing attentive, professional, and courteous service to Residents and guests
β Greeting and escorting diners to their tables
β Presenting menus, daily specials, and making knowledgeable recommendations
β Taking food and beverage orders and accurately entering them into the POS system
β Serving meals and beverages promptly and professionally
β Anticipating guest needs and providing personalized hospitality throughout the dining experience
β Assembling and serving food and beverage orders according to restaurant standards
β Clearing and resetting tables to maintain a polished dining environment
β Assisting with special events, banquets, and catered functions
β Maintaining clean, organized dining, pantry, and service areas
β Restocking supplies, condiments, and beverage stations
β Following all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines
β Ensuring responsible alcohol service in accordance with company policy and laws
β Supporting fellow team members to deliver seamless service
β Completing side work, cleaning assignments, and other duties as needed
We're seeking hospitality professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional service.
β Must be 18 years of age or older
β Fine dining or banquet serving experience required
β Experience serving alcohol required
β Strong communication and guest-service skills
β Professional appearance and demeanor
β Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
β Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to excellence
